Is the consultation free?

Yes, the first consultation is completely free. We assess your website as it stands, give you AI search optimization recommendations and suggest the plan that suits you best. There are no hidden fees and no pressure.

How soon will I hear back after submitting the form?

We usually reply within 1 business day. For urgent needs, contact us directly by LINE or email and we'll respond as soon as we can.

Can we meet in person at your office?

We mainly consult online, so we can go into detail over a video call. If you really need to meet in person, we can arrange it separately during the consultation.

What should I prepare before the consultation?

Just your company name, your existing website URL (if you have one) and a general idea of what you need. We'll do a preliminary review of your website before the consultation so the discussion is more productive.

What happens after we decide to work together?

Once confirmed, we sign a contract and collect the first installment, then move on to requirements interviews and architecture planning before the design and build stage. The whole process stays transparent, and you can check progress at any time.
